The hotel was intimate and quaint in the middle of the city. the location was magnificent, so close to downtown. - Safe parking and various amenities like restaurants, shopping, laundry, and banking services were easily accessible. - I found a vegan food cafe within a 5-minute walk of the venue. - There was a music bar on-site.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the location on the Villarica volcano provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. it was a wonderful experience.

Two things that were great were the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the hotel's location was also a plus because it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the hotel also had a nice pool that you could swim in to cool off from the heat.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the service from the unfriendly staff at the front desk. They did not provide much helpful information when asked about the hotel amenities nor were they welcoming.
